8 hours to change hair colour! Just use Nice and easy Posh!

Apparently Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham spent 8 hours in a Beverly Hills salon changing her ‘glow in the dark’ blonde locks to a darker look, to reflect her early days in the Spice Girls, just in time for the Reunion Tour.

8 hours, is she insane? I don’t know about you, but I start getting antsy after 3, which is usually how long it takes the lovely Kevin at Suede to do my colour. After 8 hours, I would have been fit to go on a murderous rampage!

To make matters worse, Victoria actually sat in the salon’s window, the better to catch the attention of any passing paparazzo. Doesn’t she ever have to pee?

My god, have you ever had a day pass at a spa? After 3 hours I get figety and I am always ready to leave at lunchtime, screw the sauna, so her patience is to be applauded, her discipline admired.

She is also so right to get such a colour change done by a professional. I had platinum hair in my late teens – well, we’re all fairly silly at that age – anyway, the 3 week touch ups were a nightmare, so I decided to go back to my natural dark brown, and I used a home dye.

My hair turned a lovely green tinged mousey colour -not recommended! Never scrimp on beauty treatments, you’ll always regret it.
