what about the fraud being perpetrated by local and central
government with revenue accued from ‘off budget’ investments – that only appear in the Comprehensive Annual
Financial Report – being hived off into ’slush funds’
……….leaving the public short changed and local and central government sitting on billions of tax-payer’s pounds??
